I enjoyed my stay in a lovely Deluxe Room for three nights. The location was fantastic, easy access to cafes and shops nearby made exploring a breeze. The warm wooden decor created a cozy atmosphere that felt inviting. Staff members were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall welcoming vibe. However, I faced some issues. The air conditioning didn't work in the room, and there were no fans offered, which was uncomfortable. Breakfast was advertised but wasn’t available, which was disappointing. There were supposed to be bars on site, but both the rooftop and downstairs options didn’t exist. I opted out of housekeeping for the first night, but despite my request, they still entered my room, leaving my safe unlocked and vulnerable. The communication about housekeeping services could definitely use improvement.

The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with warm wooden decor and easy access to nearby cafes, making it ideal for a pleasant stay. However, the lack of air conditioning and some minor amenities could use improvement. It's a decent option for short visits or a simple getaway, but be aware of the noise levels and check on available services ahead of time.

The vibrant wooden decor adds a layer of cultural charm that makes the atmosphere cozy and inviting. Breakfast in the gothic chamber feels unique and atmospheric, giving you a pleasant start to the day with its striking aesthetic.
Room 102 is significantly smaller than the photos suggested, enhanced by cleverly placed mirrors that mislead the space perception. The sound insulation leaves much to be desired with the mezcaleria below blasting techno beats until 1 a.m., making restful sleep a challenge. Bathrooms, while recently remodeled, sport simple finishes and clunky installations where towel racks frequently fall. Also, the bright neon lighting makes it almost impossible to keep the curtains open without feeling assaulted by a 90s club vibe.
